Remote Asset Tracking
We build long-battery asset tracking tags that combine GPS, Wi-Fi sniffing, and BLE technologies to track high-value equipment indoors and outdoors.
Asset Visibility Challenges
Industrial companies face high replacement costs due to lost or misplaced assets:
- Warehouse Blind Spots: GPS signals fail indoors, losing tracking visibility.
- Short Battery Life: High power draws require frequent battery replacement.
- Harsh Environments: Rain, dust, and vibration damage tracking tags.
- High Hardware Cost: Complex tracking devices are expensive to deploy at scale.
Thinkfinity Smart Tracking
We build hybrid indoor/outdoor tracking tags with years of battery life:
- Hybrid Localization: Indoor Wi-Fi MAC/BLE sniffing and outdoor GPS fallback.
- Movement Detection: Acceleration sensor keeps the device in deep sleep until moved.
- IP67 Enclosure: Waterproof, dustproof, and impact-resistant housings.
- Optimized Cost: Cost-effective hardware designed for large-scale deployments.
System Architecture
How the Tracking Tag Connects
Our hybrid tracking solution uses a multi-layered localization topology:
- Scan Modality: Decides whether to scan BLE beacons, Wi-Fi MACs, or GNSS based on signal conditions.
- Data Ingestion: Gateway uploads scan results to the cloud server via cellular or LoRa networks.
- Asset Portal: Displays tag location coordinates on client dashboards or portals.
