1. R&D Feasibility Agreement
Thinkfinity Labs Pvt. Ltd. provides engineering prototypes, firmware files, and schematics routing consulting on a milestone delivery basis. Prototyping is conducted based on component parameters; physical tolerances are governed by fabrication house standards.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless agreed otherwise under specific contract terms, full IP ownership of schematics, routing databases, and firmware codes is transferred to the client upon final receipt of milestone payments.
3. Sourcing & Manufacturing Warranties
Component obsolescence audits are performed at the time of design. We do not warrant long-term market availability of third-party silicon or RF modules. Prototyping yields are tested under lab conditions.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms and all contract relationships are governed by the laws of Bengaluru jurisdiction, Karnataka, India.
